The Japanese release date for Dark Souls 3 has been revealed. According to new information on Japanese gaming website 4Gamer.net, the game will release in March 24th, 2016 in Japan. Worldwide release dates will be announced at a later date. A network test for the PS4 version is scheduled for October as well. This release date is on line with From Software’s latest releases, with Dark Souls 2 releasing on March 2014 and Bloodborne on March 2015.

A Day One edition of the game including a steelbox, a CD with the game’s soundtrack and a poster of what appears to be the game’s world is also shown in the article. Whether the rest of the world will get a similar edition or it will be limited to Japan is still unknown at this point.
